Brazilian tanner, JBS Couros are highlighting a several of leathers and leather called "Scarface" from its stand at the Lineapelle show in Milan this week. The leathers have been made using Brazilian hides and some have been incorported in to leather products such as bags.
Fernando Bellese of JBS Couros told ILM: "Although we are looking to improve the quality of raw hides it is not always easy to produce defect free materials. 'Scarface' is intended to show customers that natural hide defects such as scars, insect damage and growth marks etc are a natural part of leather."
